Our Story
Everoak Farm is a small, family-run business just outside the city limits of Orlando, operated by husband-and-wife team Mike and Nikki Garcia. Established in 2019, our 3-acre farm is dedicated to growing a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables using bio-intensive gardening techniques and regenerative farming practices. We prioritize building healthy, biologically active soil, allowing us to provide clean, nutrient-dense food for our family and community.
Certified Naturally Grown
Our farm proudly adheres to the rigorous standards of Certified Naturally Grown, ensuring that all of our produce is grown without synthetic chemicals, using environmentally sustainable practices that promote soil health and biodiversity.
Composting
As partners of O-Town Compost, we process our own compost to enrich our garden beds, enhancing soil fertility and sustainability.
Non-GMO, Pastured Poultry
Our broilers and laying chickens are raised on pasture in mobile chicken tractors or electric fencing, ensuring daily access to fresh grass and insects. They are fed NON-GMO grain from Kraut Creek, along with farm scraps, contributing to a symbiotic relationship that enhances soil fertility.
On-Farm Apiary
We produce small-batch honey from our five thriving colonies, most of which were swarms that naturally arrived at the farm.
